Pre-Booking Disclaimers

By booking with Royal Elyse Escapes LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All trip details, including itineraries and pricing, are subject to change prior to final booking confirmation.

  • Availability, prices, and vendor policies are subject to change and are outside our direct control.

  • Final confirmation requires full payment and all necessary traveler information.

Client Verification of Trip Details

You must:

  • Review all trip details before approving and finalizing your booking.

  • Notify us immediately of discrepancies.

  • Understand that changes after confirmation may incur additional costs or may not be possible.

 

Waiver: By proceeding, you release Royal Elyse Escapes LLC from liability related to approved details.

Travel Documentation Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and required documents.

 

Waiver: We are not responsible for delays or denied entry due to missing or invalid documentation.

Travel Insurance Disclosure

You have been offered travel insurance and may purchase through us, another provider, or decline coverage at your own risk.

 

Waiver: We are not responsible for losses related to declining or insufficient coverage.

Liability Waiver and Risk Disclosure

Travel involves risks such as delays, illness, injury, natural disasters, and theft. Certain excursions may involve high-risk activities. You acknowledge and accept these risks.

Responsibility Statement

We act solely as an agent in arranging services and assume no liability for third-party actions, errors, or negligence.

Release Clause

By booking, you release Royal Elyse Escapes LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability related to your travel.

Express Voluntary Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily participate in all travel activities arranged by Royal Elyse Escapes LLC and assume full responsibility for all risks involved.

Forum Selection, Venue, and Choice of Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas. Legal action must be brought in Bexar County, Texas.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Royal Elyse Escapes LLC.

Booking and Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Final payment is due no later than prior to departure.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation without refund.

  • All payments are subject to the terms and policies of third-party vendors.

Changes to Booking

  • Requests for changes (such as name corrections, date changes, or accommodation adjustments) must be submitted in writing.

  • Additional fees may apply, depending on vendor policies.

  • We cannot guarantee that all requested changes will be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Cancellation fees may apply and vary based on the time of cancellation and vendor policies.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a trip once travel has commenced.
